After submitting the registration form you will be offered a secure payment site, which allows you to pay via IDEAL-bank transfer or credit-card.
Please note that, until your payment has been received and processed, your registration is provisional, and the conference rate that applies will be the rate applicable as at the date of your payment.

The fees for CAA are:

Terms and conditions of registration
Acceptance
Conference places are limited and will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. The Conference Committee reserves the right to close registration early if all places are allocated.
Rates
The ‘Early bird’ offer is available for payments made on or before 29 May. Thereafter, the full rate applies.
If you wish to claim the student rate, you must provide an official document from your supervisor on institutional headed paper, giving your name, the start date of your PhD studies, and a statement that you are currently a registered PhD student in good standing.
CAA is a fully residential conference by design and intention, there is no ‘day rate’.
Additional accommodation
Delegates who wish to arrive the day before the conference, or stay on afterwards, need to contact the conference venue by themselves.
Substitution of delegate
Substitutions may be made at any time at no charge, provided you informed us prior to the start of the conference and provided the substitution is ‘like for like’.
Cancellation
Provisional registrations may be cancelled at any time.
Confirmed registrations, that is, registrations whose payment has been processed, will incur a cancellation fee up to 15 days prior to the conference, after which, regrettably, no refunds will be provided.
A cancellation fee of EUR 200 will apply.
Liability and insurance
The Conference Committee is not liable for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to conference delegates (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the conference. All delegates must provide their own insurance.
